Please note that tickets are scheduled to be dispatched at the end of August, 2026 via SF Express to the eligible recipient's registered Hong Kong address provided during ticket purchase.

Precautions:
1. When purchasing tickets, the purchaser must:
a) hold a valid MIRO membership, and
b) has registered as a member in The Makers Shop and linked with MIRO membership.
2. Eligible MIRO can purchase tickets through the designated The Makers Shop website (the "Designated Website") from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 23 Jul, 2026 (the "Ticket Purchase Period"). Use the The Makers Shop membership account linked to MIRO membership ("The Makers Shop Account") to purchase Macau tickets for the concert ("Concert Tickets"). Concert tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
3. Eligible purchasers are required to pay booking fee, transaction fee, facility fee (collected by 3rd party) together with a platform fee of HKD$100 per ticket (collected by The Makers Shop) in addition to the ticket price when purchasing through at The Makers Shop.
4. Seats for concert tickets are assigned by Bright Way Entertainment And Cultural Creation Limited and are allocated by random. Seats may be arranged in odd numbers or non-contiguous seats, and the audience’s view of a small number of seats may be partially blocked. Eligible persons must accept the assigned seat arrangement.
5. All concert tickets sold are non-cancellable, refundable or exchangeable. Fees paid (including but not limited to ticket prices, booking fees, transaction fees and facility fees) are not refundable under any circumstances.
6. Physical tickets are scheduled to be dispatched at the end of August, 2026 via SF Express to the eligible recipient's registered Hong Kong address provided during ticket purchase.
7. The timing of all concert ticket purchases shall be determined solely by The Makers Shop computer system records. The Organiser shall not be held liable, nor will any compensation or special arrangements be provided, if any individual fails to complete their ticket purchase within the designated booking period due to any equipment, software, internet, or website malfunction, delay, system or technical issues, or any other reasons (including, but not limited to, failure to complete the purchase within the booking window or providing incorrect information).
8. Successful login to the designated website by an eligible person during the booking period does not represent or guarantee a successful ticket purchase. The Organiser assumes no liability and will not offer any compensation or special arrangements if any individual is unable to complete their ticket purchase during the booking period for any reason.
9. MIRO should ensure that the information submitted is correct when purchasing tickets. The Makers Shop and MIRROR Official Fan Club will not assume any responsibility for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
10. This activity only includes concert tickets. MIRO in Hong Kong is required to arrange accommodation and air / ferry tickets on your own.
11. The concert seating area/number obtained by MIRROR Official Fan Club is allocated by the concert organiser Bright Way Entertainment And Cultural Creation Limited, the concert tickets ordered at MIRROR Official Fan Club will vary according to different venues/events, etc.
12. Each ticket can only be used by one person. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the concert venue. If any person under 18 is found unaccompanied, or if an attendee is unable to present valid proof of age, entry will be refused by the organiser or venue without any compensation or refund.
13. If any concert tickets are lost, defaced, damaged or stolen, the organiser and The Makers Shop will not reissue or replace the concert tickets and will not assume any responsibility. If refunds or other arrangements need to be made due to the delay or cancellation of the concert by the concert organiser, the organiser and The Makers Shop reserve the right to require qualified persons who have successfully purchased tickets to present relevant valid and complete original tickets, and reserves the right to refuse to make relevant arrangements for ticket holders who fail to meet the requirements.
